OTHER SERVICES
PROVIDED
Special event coordination is available for any group size. We can arrange for
transportation & meal coordination as well as other entertainment options to
coincide & compliment your event. All services & programs can be hosted on-site
at Stratum’s facility for no additional fee for the team-building program,
although facility space is based upon availability & space. Additional meeting
space is available & prices vary depending upon room size. Other programs &
events can also be brought to your meeting space, hotel, or venue.

Transportation
Stratum’s preferred form
of transportation is Ollie The Trolley because of its uniqueness & ability to
make for a great conversation. Ollie is an old fashioned trolley on wheels
complete with wooden benches & brass bars. Each trolley can accommodate up to
35 people, although accommodations are available for up to 200 people. More
typical forms of transportation such as limousines, hummer limos, party buses, &
motor coaches are available. Our event coordinators will help determine the
best mode of transportation to fit your group’s style, event theme, budget, and
service needs.

Meal Options
Stratum’s preferred
caterers include Chompie’s, On The Border, El Paso BBQ, & The Herb Box. Several
different menus are available to compliment your group’s style, budget, theme,
and size. Menus can be served buffet style or hosted. Please inquire about an
entire selection of menus for breakfast, lunch, hors d’ oeuvres, dinner, and
dessert menus. Choose from an array of appetizers, beautiful sandwich and salad
displays, and delectable dinner menus. Prices range from $5.99 to $29.99 per
person. Custom menus are also available.

Awards & Medals
Choose from a selection
of customized award medals & trophies custom ordered just for your team’s
event. These are the perfect add-on for team building events or competitions.
All of our awards include a custom engraved message to commemorate your special
event. These items can also be custom engraved with your company or event’s
logo, along with ribbons that reflect your company colors. Custom engraved
acrylic trophies are also available upon request (Not pictured).

Décor, Theming, &
Entertainment
Stratum can transform any
meeting space into a particular theme through the use of themed décor,
centerpieces, balloons, wall coverings, props, lighting, & other special
touches. These services can be provided at Stratum’s facility or for use at
another venue. Prices vary depending upon group’s size, theme, venue, budget &
other variables. Add an extra touch by incorporating entertainment including a
mariachi band, variety band, magician, comedian, or other entertainment
options.

Meeting
Space & Audio Visual Equipment
If your group is looking
for a unique, interesting new venue to host a meeting, then one of Stratum’s
private rooms may be a well-suited change from the atypical space. Rooms can
accommodate 10 to 200 people depending upon the room layout. Prices are
dependant on the date & time of the events, number of guests, room, & number of
hours utilized. The facility & meeting space may be rented with or without the
use of laser tag, other team building programs, & events. If on-site meeting
space is utilized & meeting requires AV Equipment, Stratum can provide equipment
through an outside vendor although advanced reservations are required.

When hosting a themed
event those little touches can help pull the whole event together. Let us
customize the perfect gift item for your guests to take home. These creations
can be customized based upon the groups interests, theme, budget, & other
specified parameters. These items are fully customizable and the prices range
from $4.99 and up.
